High Performance Features
All classrooms have continuous dimming daylight controls and skylighting. 100% of the classrooms are without air conditioning. Irrigation technology includes evapotranspiration controls. Although no credit is taken, irrigation piping incorporates a second meter and valve for future non-potable water when Petaluma can provide it.33% of the buses and 20% of the maintenance fleet are alternative fuel vehicles.
