As the CHPS Program Director for the Minor Renovations Program, Jen is focused on integrating the CHPS criteria into projects of all sizes and providing a platform where industry partners can collectively work towards improving our schools' facilities. Prior to joining CHPS, Jen worked as an Interior Designer (Certified) where she established and integrated standards across a national account portfolio and collaborated with various stakeholders on fast paced tenant improvements. With her NCIDQ, LEED Green Associate and Living Future Accreditation, Jen has also worked as a sustainable materials specialist for an architecture firm where she implemented strategic protocols and processes around sustainable material sourcing. Throughout her career she has focused on advocating for material transparency to product manufacturers and on the importance of aligning the industry around a common language. Jen believes everyone deserves to be able to work, learn and play in an environment that promotes health and well-being, as well as positively impacting the natural ecosystems. Whether Jen is exploring somewhere new across the globe or enjoying nature in the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys staying busy and making new memories.
