Manufacturers: List a Product

To add a product to the Compliant Materials Table fill out the downloadable documents below and contact one of the following laboratories. Once tested, the lab will provide a certification letter and lab report indicating if the product meets the Section 01350 requirements for use in a typical classroom. A copy of this letter should be mailed or faxed to the CHPS office. Once received, CHPS will promptly add the product to the Compliant Materials Table. Any questions regarding this procedure can be directed to info@chps.net .
