Login Instructions for Members:
Every main contact for a member organization is already in our system. In order to login to our site, you will need to reset your password. You can do this by clicking on "Reset Password" on the top of the home page of CHPS site. A one-time login link will be sent to your email. Once you login, you will have access to your member dashboard!
If your organization is a member of CHPS but you are not the main contact, don't worry! You can create a new user login and connect to your organization's membership. You can do this when you sign up with CHPS. When you fill out your applications, simply type in your organization in the "Organization" field. If your organization is a member of CHPS, it will appear as a selection option. Select your organization and you will be connected as a contact!
Login instructions for Users:
All users of CHPS will need to create a new account. We do apologize for this inconvenience! Due to various issues surrounding our old site, we were unable to carry over existing users. Instead, every user will need to start fresh. You can do this by selecting "New Account" in the top navigation bar on the home page of the CHPS site. Fill out the form, and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Your new username will be your email, and you can re-use your former password or create a new one.
