These documents are for CHPS Members and participants in the CHPS Product Pre-Approval program. Members and manufacturers with pre-approved products are invited to use the CHPS Member or CHPS Product logo on their websites and materials, subject to the terms of the agreements and the guidelines.
To get started, download and review the relevant agreement, the Brand Guide, and the Trademark & Logo Usage Guide. Then when ready, submit a signed copy of the agreement to email@example.com. We will return an executed copy and a link to download the logos. For Product logo, we provide jpg, ai, png, and xcf versions. For Member logo, we provide ai and jpg versions.
Note for Members: The CHPS Member logo is dated by year, which may not correspond to the membership year. Members in good standing are entitled to a new Member Logo at the beginning of each calendar year and do not need to send in a new signed agreement. To request an updated logo, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
