As a Project Reviewer at CHPS, Twishi brings extensive expertise in architecture, urban design, and sustainable practices, seamlessly integrating innovative design solutions that prioritize both functionality and occupant well-being. Twishi completed her Master’s in Urban Design from Virginia Tech University in 2024, where she specialized in designing sustainable urban environments and integrating climate resilience into urban planning. She also holds a Master’s in Sustainable Architecture Designs from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a Bachelors degree in Architecture from University of Mumbai, India. Her LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP accreditations highlight her commitment to advancing high-performance design standards.

At CHPS, Twishi leverages her interdisciplinary background to guide design teams through the certification process for green K-12 school projects, ensuring schools promote sustainability and occupant well-being. Her experience in developer-driven construction, including implementing sustainability strategies, securing environmental clearances, and developing green building policies, allows her to bring a practical, solutions-driven approach to the team. Her passion for creating climate-resilient, energy-efficient communities and her ability to navigate complex sustainability frameworks make her an invaluable asset to the CHPS mission. Outside of her professional work, Twishi stays engaged in architectural research, exploring emerging trends in sustainability, while also indulging in her passions for cooking, reading, travel, and connecting with nature.
